Day One

I know it's a little late to start a posting, but I would love to see our church create a historical account of miracles (personal and churchwide) for future generations to see.

Some ideas include:
  • Timeline history and other history - Alan's house to Keith's backyard to Alan's backyard (including the neighbor mowing the lawn at 8PM during our service) to the Women's Club to the Proehlific Park Baseball Center and to infinity and beyond.....
  • Children's ministry
  • Finding a new location within days of starting to pray as a group
  • How each individual came to The Journey (personal stories)
I am new at this blogging thing as I hope that many of us are (I don't want to feel like the only "dummy" in the group) so please be supportive of our early efforts (and tender to us "newbies")

I remember that "One Day" very well and there were a bunch of people in our backyard. It was warm, everyone was outside. That was the first time we got to hear Travis, Stephanie, and Brent together. We sang, we ate, we sang, we ate, well you get the picture. As with any great relationship or Journey you always look back at where you've been to better see where you're going, this will be just like that.
